How We Do It

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You must also return the item in its original packaging.

  • Additionally, we need a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

  • Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • If you received the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.

  • If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage, please contact us at : ADMIN@CLEANCOONLINE.COM. We will replace the item with the same one, if available.
